Outsurance has really Disappointed. I have insurance cover for structure damage for my house. They keep making excuses wanting to pay me out R2000. They blame my balcony for the damp in my Garage stating that it's a maintenance problem. With all the money I have paid R2000 is a Joke. My balcony is well maintained. They also blame my gutter. Asked for a re assessment They came. No answer. I have called so many times but keep getting told managers are busy or not available. The accesor June also always on the road doesn't call back. The problem is getting worse. Dissatisfied will not recommend them. They are fast to sell their products but when you have a problem they just take their own time and want to pay you the minimum finding all reasons not to cover you. The heavy rain and tremors we have experienced is not taken into consideration. Dissatisfied. My rating is Zero
