Miss Leading Advertising

<p>Outsurance Ad states " if we cannot beat you existing quote we will pay you R400.00 or R800.00 if you claim free for 3years" load of bull. I have subsequently had three quotes from Outsurance and not once did they beat my current quote. I am a former client of Outsurance and was hoping to get a better deal with them. On all occassions that Outsurance could not beat my quote and when asked about the SO CALLED R400.00 I was told that I did not qualify, and the phone was dropped in my ear. Very unprofessional. The joke about the last quote I got on the 18 May 2017 by one Claude Pillay was that HE CALLED ME and not me calling him, therefore I do not qualify. So what would the difference be. No where in the Outsurance Adertisment did it say that if our consultant calls you ,you do not qualify for the so called payment that is offered . So is this just a **** to get client.. How many other clients have been dupped into this ****. Very dissatified with Outsurance, As a matter of fact I have subsquently referred a few Outsurance clients to the Broker that I am using and guess what she has beat Outsurance Quotes every single time and your clients have actully moved. So because of your misleading Ad your are loosing clients. Thank you Outsuarnce for nothing but lies.</p> <p>Bertha</p>
