Misrepresentation on quoting clients
The company claims that if they cannot beat your current premium they will pay you 500/1500.They never talk of doing a like for like comparison. However, upon claiming they demand your current policy schedule to do a like for like comparison. They even demand details of one's license. This is gross misrepresentation which the relevant regulatory authorities need to deal with

14 Oct 2020, 07:04Hello Geoffrey
You are not being unreasonable in expressing your dismay at all.
It's of course a pity we could not have offered you a saving, but sincerely apologise for informing you of payment, and not do so as, the Ts & Cs were not met.
We confirm our promotion contacted you and the payment was made. This was a result of incorrect advice given to you.
Thank you for affording us the opportunity to have investigated the matter and do the right thing.
Regards
OUTsurance
