Misrepresentation

<p>After finally giving in to all their advertising I sent the sms and was called back for their obligation free quote. After I took up the content insurance I the asked them about the box office movies. Te sales person said he cannot do it only it only applies to vehicles. I then said k I will take a quote for my vehicle. </p> <p> </p> <p>5 minutes later I was called a gentleman from another department called me gave me a 20 min quote I gave him my current insurance company premium and he told me he could not give me the 800 rand or the 5 box office movies because I am already a client with them. To which I asked how when where. Because I specifically asked in am I not a client solely when the 1st debit order went off and the reply from the manager was yes, to which he then also said but you have a profile. </p> <p> </p> <p>I rest my case</p>
