Misrepresentation
I am getting complaints from people asking me to stop referring them to Outsurance, however, I have since cancelled my policies with Outsurance in July this year. They call people asking them to take up policies and claiming that they have been referred by me, their member.
Doesn't this amount to misrepresentation and *****?

You have our sincere apologies for the discomfort we caused you.
Our sales managers investigated and it was indeed an error on our side. All the detail have now been removed from our data base which will ensure no further calls be made.
