misleading the public

Vehicle was insured with outsurance. We replaced our vehicle and got a quote from Outsurance which was quite high. I compared quotes with other insurance companies and was very pleased . I went back to outsurance and they could not better the quote but this is what I was told when I asked about the R400.00 - we do not bribe existing clients by a supervisor. their advert clearly states that if they cant save u money or beat a quote they will give you R400.00. I took my insurance with First 4 Women and am very happy. i would like to know if this 400 is really paid out or they find excuses.
