Misleading sales tactics

I have been a loyal customer with this company for 11 years and I am very sad to say that they are not the company that they portray to be. I have bee approached by many other insurance companies in the past to compare quotes and safe some money and because of loyalty I refused to cancel my policy with Outsurance. But today I am sad that I have not left much sooner. They are a bunch of liers. Made me believe that after I have submitted a claim they will still pay my Outbonus and reduce my premium a bit. Now that I called all they can say is I was wrongly advice and they are sorry. That was very misleading just to keep me as a customer. Well I finally had enough and will not be **** to any longer.
