Misleading promotion R400/R800

As per your website, the terms and conditions of this R400/R800 promotion infer that one can claim for this promotion every 186 days. I obtained an insurance quote from you on 11 December 2017 which is more expensive that my current premium with Discovery Insure and I am claim free.

The agent initially mentioned that I am not entitled to claim the promotion as I am only with my current insure for 2 years and not 3 at minimum (I am insured comprehensively for more than 10 consecutive years). Thereafter the story changed to that of me having already claimed for this earlier this year regardless of the 186 days timeframe. Please assist or provide clarity on this.

Hi, thanks for the feedback. I have managed to get another quote on Monday 18 December 2017 which falls within the new 186 day period and have app**** for the R800 promotion. However the consultant Bontle Nkosi who is working on my claim ********** , has removed the specified extras on my car (on the outsurance quote) and is comparing this to my current schedule (Discovery Insure) which does have these extras. She now mentions that I don't qualify for the R800 as Outsurance is cheaper but has removed the specified extras....this is totally shocking!
