Misleading information regarding the promotion of R500/1500 when they cant beat your current insurance premium

Outsurance contacted me to do a quotation for my car insurance, they couldnt beat it, so they sent me a link to follow the process to receive the R500/R1500. I did the same. The agent offered to do a quote on a different product which they could beat and i accepted. A week later when no called about the promotion, i called to request and i was told the consultant made a mistake as she was suppose to tell me that if accept a quotation for a different product i will forfeit qualification for a the promotion even though they are different products. Outsurance is not taking responsibility for their false advertising, and blaming it on the consultant who did the quote that she was suppose to advise me. This supposedly condition is not included in the quote promotion terms and condition they sent me.
