Misleading information

Outsurance has that promotion If they can't beat your premium they pay you,I received a call from them in January 2020 and I did a qoutation they could not beat my premium so they paid me out,I then receive a email as promotion with the same promotion I clicked on there and request a call back,they call me and we did a qoutation again and still they could not beat my current instalment. The consultant that assisted me told me I qaulify for the payout of R@@@@ as I did not have any claims in the pass 3 years. The consultant dents me a link with password to upload my current policy docs and claim free letter I did all of the above including banking details. 2 hours later I received a call from outsurance stating that I don't qualify for the payout as I did quotation in January and can only quality for that promo end of July, the consultant that assisted me should have told me that if she saw it on the system not sure how the person that called me picked it up and not the consultant I just think there adverts are misleading and they don't want to pay as to what they say they will
