Misleading information

I contacted OUTSURANCE to have my instalment reduced, I spoke to a very friendly lady they train them very well. She was so friendly and advised me that I'm in good hands she will reduce my instalment from R1417.85 to R1300 something don't remember the exact amount. <br> <br> To my surprise today I get debited R1557.00. I'M LIVID!!!!!! I'm told I should read my policy that was e-mailed to me as it has my premium. Why was I advised on the telephone that I will pay a certain amount that then changes on paper???<br> <br> What really annoys me is the fact that this is not the 1st time I'm misled by them and I always let it slide. I claimed on my out and about cover and I was advised it will not affect my whole cover. Only to find out it does and my out bonus was affected.<br> <br> Very disappointed and angry, I've paid all my instalments on time insured all my cars with you! And this is what I get from you guys? Like really? And this is the last time you get to do whatever on my account. I want nothing to do with you!!!!!!
