Misleading False adverti*****ts

I got a quotation from them on the 19th August 24, they couldn't beat Mt current insurance and promised to send a link where can claim the R1500 as advertised. Two consultants fail to do this after saying they sent the email. I checked in my spam nothing and I've been receiving emails so there's nothing wrong with my email account.
