Misleading Campaign
This whole campaign of R400 is giving me anxiety. An agent called from Outsurance (Heaven)and asked me to give him just a few of my contacts to get R400 off my next premium. I gave him contacts and insisted that he doesn't name drop me and he should just say a friend referred them. Yesterday I received a call from one of my contacts asking me for money because apparently, he had informed them that Outsurance gave me money. Now I am getting a series of phone calls asking me about the same thing. I called one of the Outsurance agent yesterday and she informed me that Juan Botha would call me back to sort out this mess. Nobody called and today I called again and a lady informed me that there is nothing they could do on their side and that they apologized. Point of the matter is, as a client if I decide to be polite enough to give you contacts, please just follow my simple request. This agent is giving people information that is not accurate to lure them into getting a policy and that is *********. I will not lie to my contacts and say that you gave me money of which you did not do. That is one of the reasons why I did not want my name to be put out there. Now I have to deal with 15 contacts asking me about the same thing.
