Misleading agents and marketing strategy

I recently approached Outsurance for a quote to see if I can switch my car and home insurance. The sales agent was friendly yet misleading. Outsurance were able to beat the quote I provided to them by secretly increasing the excess on the policy. I sent numerous emails to agents Mbali and Lerato who are both senior advisers I requested both agents politely to review my policy as the excess was not properly discolsed to me and I instructed Mbali to cancel the policy if the access could not be reduced as i did not see the sense in moving insurers if all Outsurance was going to do was to increase my excess to reduce my premium, that is a very misleading tactic used and this needs to be brought to the attention of senior management quite urgently.

After numerous calls nobody has called me back and low and behold Outsurance has gone ahead and debited me, this now impacts my bank account as I have been debited my current insurer and by Outsurance.

I would like to request an urgent refund of the amount of R1670.95 that was debited from my bank account today on the 25th August and also if my current premium cannot be beaten I humbly request that Outsurance pays me the amount of R1500 as per the promotion.
