Misleading Advertisment
STOP pretending that you provide online quotes! You have "call me back" and "get a quote" on your site. But if you follow the latter, you by default get "someone will call you back".
This generates false leads to your staff. If I wanted to have someone call me back, I'd use your other 'option' when in reality; there is no option!
