Misleading Advertising

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent quote I received from your company. Outsurance advertises a campaign stating that if you cannot match a competitor's quote, you will pay a reward. Unfortunately, my recent experience with this campaign has been both frustrating and misleading. On 24 February2025, I submitted all required documents, including my policy reflecting that I have not claimed for the last three years and a letter from my insurer confirming that I have had no claims. However, I was informed that these documents were not acceptable because the letter from my insurer did not explicitly include the words "no claim letter." This rejection seems highly unreasonable and contrary to the spirit of your campaign. I believe that common sense should prevail in this situation. The documents I provided clearly indicate my no-claim status. Your agent’s decision to reject my submission based on a technicality is both misleading and a poor reflection of Outsurance's commitment to customer satisfaction and honesty in advertising.
