Misleading advert

The adverti*****t of giving an applicant/inquirer money if they can't match your existing Insurance monthly costs, is easily claimed by Outsurance. In reality it requires by the applicant detail discussions and information accumulated by your existing Insurer (which they are not necessarily happy to reveal to all) to be obtained which then needs to be sent to the agent and then some more info is required. No doubt as a Company they are a great Insurance Provider but the advertising/marketing claim is misleading.
