Misleading
They approached me to submit a qoute, after they couldn't bit my one, they took me pillar to post and requested all my no claims history letters. After submitting them, they still needed more information. They running away from paying the R800.
They need to stick to the contract, now I keep receiving more emails to try and resubmit another quote. That's insane, they should pay.
The text states that "OUTSURANCE The payment of R800.00 will be made into the elected account on 20/04/2019. Thank you for getting a quote. Regards. ***". No payment was done.
