I have never had any insurance or any dealings with outsurance. I don't know how they got my details personal info and bank account number. The keep taking off a debt order from my account. I called the and they said it for a funeral policy from 2019. Which I never took out with outsurance. I tried cancelling it but to no avail. I am so frustrated that the bank advised I close my account. These companies are ****ming people

We traced the debit order linked to an accident with our client in 2019. This is not a debit order linked to a policy with us.
Our attorney firm have had an arrangement with you in place for a monthly debit order since the accident.
They spoke to you last month regarding the missed debit order and necessary arrangements.
