They really mean it when they say you always get something out. A broker poaches me at the shops and convinces me to leave my insurance company of 8 years, on the basis of he'll reduce my premium. Im recently unemployed, in the first month i ask him to change the banking details from my personal to business account, he doesnt. Now the premium has been bouncing since April to date. I got into a pothole accident in May and they said they couldnt help me cos the broker logged into my account. He returns to me the following day saying they can't cover me. After all that my premium jumps from 3000 to 6000. No discussion, just a closed ended whatsapp from Isaac Mashegoane. His manager Bongs calls me to say he sees I want to cancel my insurance and wants to see how he retains me, we made an appointment in July 2024 he never pitched to . I sent numerous mails to the broker and another outsurance employee I got via the call center, no one is attending my query yet their cancel policies state that one can cancel anytime. I've sent the broker whatsapps on the premium increase and why they not canceling as requested and he talks about how he won't cancel it if I don't greet him on whatsapp. He's been personal and affecting me taking advantage of an unemployed fellow. I don't know what kind of group *****ulent activity this is but to ruin my credibility and reputation knowing how self employed and trying times in this economy is the craziest thing I've ever experienced.
