Melissa Lamb is a star

Melissa Lamb is a star. Her service was excellent. She went the extra mile. She kept me posted of everything. Our dog went to the animal hospital in Panorama. They did scans etc. He had a brain tumour and in the end, he didn't make it. It was and is a very traumatic event for us as a family. She was so compassionate, it felt like we knew her. She went the extra mile. I'm trying to remember the guy's name who went the extra mile. I think his name is Thembisa. 🫣 He doesn't work in the pet insurance department. I was quite frantic to speak to somebody. It was after hours. He even walked to the pet department, to see if somebody was there. kudos to him.
