Mbali was amazing. She was very confident on the phone and when she need assistance she got confirmation from management before informing me. She gave me an incorrect premium but explained that she made an error. She did a follow call as she promised. What an awesome consultant. 👌 Mbali please keep up the good work. Sales is not easy ... I have been a consultant since 2006 and always strive to be the best ... I have been Top 10 in all my positions. Treat every customer as it's your first sale.
