My Germanshepherd Max, who was only 6 months old at the time, suffered a Injury, Max has been on policy at outsurance for only 2 months at the time. Outsurance immediatly helped out, they checked in with us every day to see how max is doing. They paid for all his treatments which was very high cost. Blood draws, overnight stay, emergency room fees, specialist, vets, and x rays, follow ups. They paid it all. Sadly upon treating his injury they discovered he has hip dysplasia. Which at that time he has to be on the policy for 12 months, Outsuarance said once that period is over they will pay for treatments, and possible surgery available at that time. The person who assisted us was Jarryd, they kept on checking in on him even when treatment for the injury was done. They paid all the bills within 2 days, of submitting the claims. They were kind and really showed empathy they even have a picture of him. Outsurance is the best.
