Master at ripping customers off
<p>Have been a customer for 10 years, and having donated more than R200000 in premiums, cancelled my policy. I had my cellphones, laptop and camera ****** while on holiday. Putting in a claim tobmy 'trusted' insurance, I am told, hey guess what, you did not take ' out and about' add-on, so, no cover. The worst part of this out and about is I have to specify each and every item that I want covered when not at my home. What a bunch of ripp-off artists these guys are. I will not make this kind of mistake ever again !</p>
