MASSIVE increase on vehicle premium

I am utterly shocked that my vehicle premium has gone up R157,67 and that my basic excess is up R150, even though the value of my car has decreased! The policy document states that the vehicle insurance rate will increase with 9%, which should make my premium increase by R56,75, but this is a 25% increase! I understand there is an yearly increase but this is just unrealistic and quite frankly, ****************. I cannot afford such an increase. It doesn't matter how awesome the service is, I cannot keep up with Outsurance anymore!
