Marketing promise of R1500 forno claims over 3 years cash back-IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I HAVE HAD MUCH RESPECT FOR THEIR VALUE AS A BUSINESS

I accepted a policy with outsurance and declined within the cool of period as I was in the process of purchasing a new car and required to re quote. I was promised the advertised R1500 as I have not had any claims over 9 years. I have been with one service provider for over 5 years and decided to accept the quote with my current service provider as my rate was reviewed. The consultant said the department that deals with money back by adverti*****ts is dealt with by another department. I am very disappointed as no marketing promise was delivered.
