Marketing ***** by Outsurance

An agent from Outsurance phoned me about their insurance promotion. She said to me if they can't beat my current insurer they will pay me R800, but it was all a lie because even now I'm still waiting for their email as they promised. I phoned them couple of times but all the do is take my details. I think Outsurance must stop this marketing *****.
