Marine tank claim

Hi, I bought a Marine Tank 3 months ago. Brand new for +- R4500!! I was very unlucky when my marine tank cracked on the 10th July 2015. Water was spilling everywhere on my wooden floor. Fish died over night because they where placed in a container overnight. The rest of the fish I had to give away to a petshop which they did not give me any money for. It was a let down when Aquaria did not want to give me back my money, on a product that was faulty. Instead, they want to give me a second hand tank which I need to sell and will not get my all my money back. I need to get my money back from this tank that was still brand new. I phoned Outsurance and they are going to pay me back all my money minus the access amount. Thank you Outsurance for paying me out. Awesome service!!
