Management always too busy
My claim is now almost a month old,i am trying to get hold of management Thandile but he is not replying at all,the senior consultant keeps sending him messages to contact me but he doesn***** now saturday and no manager are there,monday is public holiday......so guess what,now i must wait until tuesday,terrible terrible service.
Thanx Outsurance.....you always get something out??????
