we had been given the run around by staff of outsurance for the past week. yesterday i had the good fortune of interacting with shaun laing. after briefly describing our problem to him ,he immediately sprang into action to resolve the situation. he is a man of his word and action.well done shaun. you have restored my faith in excellent customer service.others need to take a leaf out of your book. thank you .june
