MAMELODI REGINAL HOSPITAL POINTS MAN DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING

Good day

I live near Mamelodi , i pass Mamelodi Reginal Hospital four way. The two new points man there don't know what they are doing its been a week that i had to stand in traffic for 20 minutes because they not doing their jobs. they were just helping kids cross the road. i think because its near a hospital you need to get us people who know what they are doing! how is an ambulance going to pass in traffic backed up up to shell?? or is it because its Mamelodi and no one hardly complains that you send just and learner points man to control traffic? people are going to die in ambulances because they cant get to the hospital.

the is no call center line that goes directly to the points man department, i spoke to one of the call center agents at OUTsurance which was no help at all. they don't even know what your turn around time.

Kindly contact me, this needs to be resolved ASAP.
