Making it difficult to cancel

I have changed my life policy from Outsurance to my bank they make it difficult to cancel I am still awaiting on phone call from them and the confirmation of cancelation after I did send them the session from the bank inorder to cancel . The same with building insurance I simply wanted just to cancel like I'm being forced not to if my mind is made up it's made as simple as that . If people phoning to cancel just do that for them as that's why they phoning not that you beating premiums that wasn't even the attemp coz don't want to live up to empty promises as youl give 500 rand if you can't beat premiums , I just want them to cancel the policy asap
