<p>I would just like to thank Eugene Goosen from Outsurance emergency assist for going the extra mile and providing me with an excellent, efficient and professional service! On my way in to work I ride over an object that punctured my tyre, I stopped to change it and realized, to my horror, that my wheel spanner does not fit my nuts! A very friendly and helpful Eugene arranged roadside assistance within 40 min if my call. Most impressed! Thanks Eugene for the great service at 06h10 in the morning, most people struggle to be friendly and efficient at the start of their shift, you have given excellence at the end of your long night shift, I applaud you Eugene!
