Mahindra Scorpio 2.2TD 4x4 Windscreen

My windscreen of my Mahindra Scorpio 2.2TD 4x4 cracked. I used my Outsurance App to log the claim. I was then informed if it is a chip it would be free, but if it is a crack I will have to pay the access and I will loose my out bonus. My thoughts was why do I have insurance to try and get outbonusses or to have insurance? I decided well then I will go ahead and pay the access and loose my outbonus if that is how it is. Not nice to hear, but it is was it is. Outsurance then got My Glass to call me and they came to my house and did a good job.
