Made me feel like a ********

The assesor phone me to ask questions . Insted she only went on by trying to prove that i was not telling the truth. I were ****** and went through a bad ordeal and now i am without my goods and the emotional scar's of that night . It is now 4 days and they can not even tell me if the claim have been aproved .when i spoke tobhere yesterday she only wanted to disprove my theorys instead of listing of what hapend to me. Why do use insurance it the fist thing that they want to do is to find ways out of not wanting to replace stole goods. I am really so disapointed over this and thin i would not make use of outsurance in the near future . Have been with them a couple of years now but started shoping for new one already !!!! So sad about this . Never thought a victom can be branded as a villon ( sorry for the spelling I am afrikaans)
