Luvash Naicker and Outsurance 5 star rating!

I recently had to change my policy due to moving and Luvash Naicker helped me like an absolute star! Everything sorted out and so quickly.

I would also like to add that when i phoned Outsurance, i was asked if they could call me back as it was very noisy in their office. When they called back they told me there was a birthday and the office was singing and celebrating for 5 minutes with the colleague - I think that is brilliant and makes me happy to hear the staff are celebrated!
