I recently spoke to a sales agent by the name of Lungelo Phewa and although I could not complete the application his dedication to fixing a miscommunication error previously was beyond his call of duty and also assisted in preventing me from future issues. I could go on about his customer service s****s but if you search for Lungelo Phewa you will find numerous compliments to his name. He is the embodiment of customer service.
