Luckily your not the only one

<p>On the 8th of March I requested a quote from you on-line. You called me immediately, very quick response, did the whole 20minute “know-all-your-info-except-your-underwear-size call” and gave me a quote. The quote was very competitive but when I then told your sales-person (Tabang) that I am not signing right away as I am still doing shopping on this, he was very surprised that I don’t take your offer immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked him if he walks into a car dealer and buy the first car he sees? He said that’s different. I AGREE, this is LIFE-COVER, it’s MUCH MORE important than buying a car and that’s why I needed time to shop-around, as I’m sure you know you are NOT the only insurer in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked him to phone me in a week – that will be 15/03/17 and he agreed.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning, 5 days later....., he phoned and asked what have I decided. I told him that I said a week, but at this stage will not take his offer on a policy as I got a better deal somewhere else to which he just ended the call.........</p> <p> </p> <p>No “sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations” or “hope to do business with you in the future”, just ending the call without even saying goodbye.</p> <p> </p> <p>Not including even the fact, that, on two different occasions you have telephonically quoted me on vehicle insurance and COULD NOT beat my current vehicle insurance and had ten-thousand excuses why I did not qualify for the R400 cash back, this experience today have finally help me decide that I will NEVER in my LIFETIME ever do business with Outsurance.</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife has household insurance with you. From today I will do everything in my power to persuade her to move our household insurance to someone else.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yours regretfully</p> <p> </p> <p>PS. Two of your competitors gave me a quote in under 2 minutes, by email, just by using my ID number. Of which one is coming out PERSONALLY to see me tomorrow.</p>
