Loyal customer always received great service...

Outsurance serves me well and I wont leave them for silly mistakes and always receive great service even when I use the facility on the App fir them to contact me. Today I was called by a gentleman that really had a bad weekend and or day as he attitude wasnt that of which I got accustomed to over the years. His inability to understand and fullfill my simple request was embarrasing and I urge Outsurance to listen to the recorded conversation. I did not receive a prompt to rate his service nor did I receive a confirmation e-mail. It seemed that he was forced in a way to sell me the concept of not cancelling the insurance on he car the I just sold but rather to phone them in 45 days to do the same... Waste of time...
