Loyal and Confident Client

I have been with Outsurance for 9 years now, and I can honestly say that they have delivered only the best service during this time. Their process is easy and fast, and they have beaten all other quotes I have had, as well as those whom I have referred to them. (In May this year, my friend had his home insurance reduced 3 times from what he was paying - for better benefits!!!!) With referrals, I have received R1000 in deductions on my monthly payments, which is wonderful, and last year I received my Outbonus for not submitting any claims. I have claimed in the past - and I was paid out without any hassle... I am such a happy Outsurance client that at times I thought I could actually go work for them, just because all their customer service representatives are so friendly, smart, humorous, and considerate. The biggest compliment I can pay is that I never dread phoning them in a crisis - I feel happy and confident whenever I have needed to contact them.
