Lost prescription glasses

Over the weekend my partner lost his prescription glasses - luckily we have 'Out and About' cover. I contacted Outsurance via their website on Monday morning and I received a phone call from 'Hellen' on Tuesday. After answering a few questions and being asked to provide a quote for a replacement pair of glasses the claim was approved. I received an email to say the payment had been authorised on Thursday morning. The whole experience was fast and efficient. Thank you Outsurance!
