Looks for any reason not to pay out

Why get insurance because Outsurance looks for any excuse not to pay out. They should have a page on their website and contract agreements 'we ONLY pay out in theses situations', but no one would insure with them knowing the truth. Comprehensive insurance - what a joke! If you are in any way at fault they won't pay out. But isn't that accidents any way, you messed up, that's why you get insurance in the first place so that you are covered? Guess the joke is on us because we got ****med into believing we had actual insurance cover that covers everything. If you have a car and have insurance on it, they should pay out for accidents. So Outsurance will probably reply a stupid blanket statement or that we have a right to take legal action. Yes, but who has funds available to get involved with a drawn out legal process that will take about two years. They know people won't go that route and will eventually give up. These people are disgusting human beings. So much regret, wish we never got insurance with this company!
