Look for any reason not to pay your claim
Worst insurance company ever. We've had buildings insurance with them for a few years now and had to claim for the first time last month for a roof leak caused by heavy rain. Our claim was rejected due to some bulls**t reasons. Don't waste your time with this company, they look great on paper but when it comes to claims, will look for any reason not to pay out.
