Long Overdue Claim

On the 12 January 2023, I called OUTsurance to register a claim on my house in Palm Springs. My first interaction was with Moses Malatsi, who registered the claim (***) successfully. Then the process started to unfold, I was contacted by the assessor (Ruan De Klerk), and secured an appointment with him on the 13th January. He assessed the house and eventually the claim was approved.

I was then subsequently contacted by Prescor CC - Plumbers, who informed me that they have been appointed by OUTsurance to do the repairs in the house and we secured an appointment for 25 January 2023 for them to do their own inspection.

Since then I have never heard anything from OUTsurance or Prescor.

Yesterday (8th February 2023) I contacted OUTsurance to follow up on the claim. I request to speak with Moses Malatsi but I was informed that Moses does no longer work at claims department. I was then transferred to another department where I spoke to Kelbrick. Kelbrick apologized for the delay and told me that this claim is long overdue, the claim was actually "conveniently", submitted to the manager that morning and they will give feedback soonest.

Today 9th February 2023 I made another call and ended up with Kelbrick again whose tone changed when I was now requesting to speak to Manager since I am not receiving feedback from OUTsurance.

He said his Manager is Sibongile Thabane but is not sure if she is the person responsible for this claim and he tried confuse me by giving different names as to who should I contact. As it is now I don't know the Manger who has my claim on their desk and not attending to it.

I am left in Limbo and it doesn't seem to bother OUTsurance.

I need assistance to get this issue finalized.
