Logged onto my app at 10pm to log a new claim. Pressed send and not even a minute passed and they called me back. At 23H30 their contractor was on site to assess and the very next day the geyser was replaced. During this short time I received a few calls from outsurrance to confirm the contractor and to ensure I was happy. Fast excellent service that cannot be compared to others.
