lodge claim 3weeks ago and nothing done

I lodged a claim with outsurance 3 weeks ago about drain and plumbing problem at my house and nothing has been done .All the plumbers allocated by outsurance are unprofessional and unreliable.<br> This is disappointing to be treated like this by your own insurance yet I pay my premiums.Again this is my second bad experience with this insurance.I think its high time I look for better insurance
