Lockdown special; 6% increase - Pathetic OUTsurance business
I can't believe you guys are about to increase my vehicle premium next month? Really sarcastic moment from OUTsurance, they just dropped monthly premium by 15% during the month of May (claiming it's lockdown special; low-risk), and now they are going to add 6% from July. Your TV Ads never match the greedy reality. So, you guys don't even care about people who place their lives in the front line battle against coronavirus, and as a reward, you tip-up the premium?
