Load debit order without go-ahead

I recently contacted Outsurance with regard to car insurance and got a quote for R535 for my vehicle. I already have a current Outsurance policy, yet they wanted to charge me a take-on fee which I queried. The agent said he will sort it out and get back to me. During the time that I was waiting on him to get back to me I decided not to take the insurance. Yesterday, without the agent getting back to me, Outsurance deducted the premium from my account. I have not even received a contract to state that was the insurance that I was taking and these are the conditions.
