After spending 20 minutes on the phone with Lindiwe this morning, the following is evident to me: This young lady is very eloquent, knowledgeable, understands the fine line between listening to a customer and pushing a product, friendly and takes initiative. I hope Outsurance recognises what an asset she is to their business.
