Lightning fast service

My car broke down on the M5 in a pretty stressful situation. I called my insurance company, Outsurance, to ask them if I qualified for a free tow. Not only did I get the most polite and friendly service from Ronel Perel (Outsurance), but within 15 mins of my call, the towing service had arrived and my FREE tow was on its way to the auto repair shop of my choice.
